Description:

Heavy gauge zinc plated steel frame.

Adapts for ratcheting or free spooling.

Five slots in base to allow multiple fixing positions to suit most trailers, boats, caravans.

Ratchet Type: Two Way, The higher position is for pulling, the lower position is for releasing, the middle position is for both pulling and releasing, but can only be used when unloaded.
